AC Variable Frequency Drives, AC Controllers & DC Variable Speed Drives built by Joliet Technologies

Joliet Technologies is an OEM that custom packages, integrates and engineers AC Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), DC Variable Speed Drives (VSD) and AC Drive Controllers. Our drive systems integrate top of the line manufacturers, like ABB, Emerson (Control Techniques & Saftronics / Fincor), Siemens and WEG to name a few. Our added value custom drive packages are built to your specifications for your application. Below are some of the drive cabinets we have manufactured.

	AC drive built for American Terminals, Inc.		Two door stainless steel DC drive cabinet with an air conditioner mounted on the left side for TechZone Oilfield Engineering. Interior shown below.
	AC 2 speed controller & operator station for dough mixing application for CMC America.		Interior view of two door stainless steel DC drive cabinet (above) for TechZone Oilfield Engineering.
	AC control cabinet built for Northfield Block.		1 of 4 SCR drive cabinets built for Mermaid Offshore Services in Singapore. The 4 cabinet lineup along with a transition cabinet to connect to the existing generator control cabinets were shipped for installation and commissioning in March of 2008. Each custom drive cabinet features Siemens 6RA70 DC Drive, multiple assignment contactors, AC controls, drawout circuit breaker, 600 volt AC bus, cooling fan & control devices mounted on the door.

	Interior of AC control cabinet for Northfield Block.		Joliet Technologies manufactured 10 DC drive bay cabinets for the Frontier Drilling project controlling a total of 16 DC motors. Each custom drive cabinet has 2 Siemens 6RA70 DC drives and each drive cabinet having multiple motor assignments. The photo on our home page is the rear of this cabinet showing the 2 SCR units and the DC assignment contactors.
	ABB AC variable frequency drive two door cabinet with two air conditioners built for Applied Synergystic in Lynchburg, VA (a subsidiary of Diamond Power International. Inc.).  The interior of the drive is shown below.		Project we manufactured & shipped to Hallett Materials in Des Moines, IA. Hallett Materials is a division of Oldcastle Materials, the leading vertically integrated supplier of aggregates, asphalt, ready mix concrete, and paving services in the United States.
	Interior of photo above. The drive using an ABB ACS800 VFD,  enclosed in a Nema-4, painted steel enclosure, with dual Air Conditioners and completely insulated on the inside.		Two door DC drive cabinet for Braner USA. This single loop slitting line and recoiler utilizes 2 Siemens 6RA70 DC drives, one for the slitter and one for the recoiler. Interior shown below.
	Dual AC variable frequency drive cabinet built for American Chillers.		Interior of cabinet shown above.
	Twin ABB AC VFD's for CMC America. One chunker panel AC drive and one incline conveyor panel AC drive.	600 Volt AC Switchboard for Frontier Drilling's Frontier Driller offshore oil rig. Joliet Technologies was also responsible for the DC variable speed drives, Generator Controls, Switchgear, MCC's (Motor Control Centers), PLC's (Programmable Logic Controls), Transformers, Driller's Console and Mud Pump Console.
