  Record setting productivity at Joliet plant.
• Braner USA
  Variable Speed DC Drive System is a heavy duty slitting line using a 300Hp Slitter motor and a 250Hp Recoiler motor, both run using 4 quadrant Siemens 6RA70 drives.
• Pegler Automation
  A Siemens SIMOREG 6RA70 DC Master Variable Speed DC Drive Bow Thruster retrofitted in their existing space on the USNS Observation Island which is one of 24 Military Sealift Command ships in the Special Mission Ships Program. 
• Baker Hughes
  1000HP DC Traction Motor Drive, rated 600VAC input, 750VDC output built for a Slurry Pump Application for Baker Hughes.
• Hallett Materials 
  Joliet Technologies provided a GE 752 DC Shunt Wound Traction motor with a SIEMENS 6RA70 DC Digital SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) Drive Controller System for a Dredging Application.
• Applied Synergistic 
  Joliet Technologies supplied an ABB ACS 800 VFD to Applied Synergistic in Lynchburg, VA (a subsidiary of Diamond Power International. Inc.).
  Using an ABB ACS800 VFD. The drive, enclosed in a Nema-4, painted steel enclosure, with dual Air Conditioners and completely insulated on the inside. 
• JHT Electronics LTD 
  Joliet Technologies supplied two 200Hp Variable Speed DC Drives and Motors to Canada. The two drive systems were supplied to JHT Electronics LTD in St. Laurent, Quebec for Canadian Government Emissions Research and Measurements. Each drive using a QUANTUM III DC Drive.
• Substrate Technology, Inc. 
  Joliet Technologies teams up with Substrate Technology, Inc. a family owned company. Bill Jones founded the company in 1990. Bill has been in the flooring business for many years, when in 1990 he decided to become an agent for floor refinishing, and subcontract the work to other companies. Bill started his company in the garage of his home and since has moved the business into larger facilities as his company grew. 
• WYCO Tool Company 
  Joliet Technologies teams up with The WYCO Tool Company to supply them with FINCOR Series 5740 AC Drives (Saftronics S10) for their Select-Cycle Converters for High Cycle concrete vibrators for this ongoing project. 
• CMC America Corp. 
  Electrical Controls for Food Processing and Bakery Machinery. 
  Working with an OEM named CMC America. They are a manufacture of food processing equipment and bakery machinery. Their equipment can range from a small cookie dough depositors, to large mixers and mixing systems that can mix hundreds of pounds of dough per hour.

Joliet Technologies custom packages, integrates and engineers DC Variable Speed Drives (VSD's) using top of the line manufacturers, in this case Control Techniques QUANTUM III. This custom drive package was built to JHT Electronics specifications for their application.  Letter from JHT Electronics...  Goods have arrived in Canada and re-shipped in original packaging to end user. The units looked great... Thank-you for your assistance to have these goods delivered to be cashed out by client before their year end next week.
