What is a PDF?

Portable Document Format (PDF)
File format used widely for viewing and distributing both printed and online documents. PDF preserves page layout, graphics, and typography and supports interactive features such as sound, video, buttons, and form fields linked to a database on a server. PDF files can be displayed and printed using Adobe Reader, downloadable at no charge from Adobe Systems, Incorporated's Web site. How do I view a PDF?

Simply click on the hyperlink or the icon and view immediately using Adobe Reader. (If you do not have Adobe Reader, you may download it FREE of charge from Adobe.)

Can I save a PDF to my computer?

If you would like to view it later or save it to your computer, you can download the PDF file. 
For PC users: Right click on the file and save it to your hard drive. 
For MAC users: Control key and click on the file and save it to your hard drive.

Can I print the PDF?

If you would like to PRINT the PDF, you will need to print to a Postscript Printer for correct output. Other printers may not print exactly as it appears on the screen.

Why does it not show all of the PDF or is missing pages when I open it in my browser?

If your browser is NOT displaying the file correctly and you are using Internet Explorer 5.5 on the PC, you will need to upgrade to Adobe Reader 5.0 or the latest version. It is FREE. To download the Reader, see above link.
