Avtron offers Digital AC Flux Vector drives for simple/stand alone
applications and for complex system applications. Designs are available with
integral DC converter or for common DC bus applications. The drives include
digital coordination, advanced communication, and high-performance in a compact,
easy to apply package.

The ADDvantage-32 AC Drive offers seamless system
integration with the DC drive and retrofit products offered by Avtron. The
same regulator functionality, advanced communications, protection,
diagnostics, and pre-programmed software allow easy integration and
application flexibility in an AC drive package.
With this design, Avtron can meet all of your system requirements, new
DC drives, retrofit DC drives, and AC drives with a common regulator and
the same operator interface.

Our basic digital AC flux vector drive has an integral DC
bus converter and an IGBT based AC inverter. Designs are available from 1
to 300 HP with either non-regenerative or dynamic braking type converters.
Both designs offer fully digital setup with integral keypad/display,
engineering units, English language parameter entry, and fully self-tuning
regulators.
This unit is also available with a volts/hertz algorithm for
multi-motor application and with an encoderless vector algorithm that does
not require a feedback device.

A common DC bus design is used for more demanding
applications. This system can be supplied for higher horsepower
applications and for fully line regenerative systems. The common DC bus
architecture simplifies the power distribution system and provides an
easier, less expensive installation.
Advanced coordination and communication options are available to allow
the drive to be easily applied in a wide variety of applications. This
design also includes integral, English-language display and full
self-tuning.
